It's Monday, time for my favourite link-up at lowercase letters

Miscellany Monday - write random and link up.

1. Yesterday I went to the football (soccer), to which my team (Melbourne Victory) lost dramatically (4-1), but I did have fun joining in with the boys chanting and drinking beer. We went out with the people who flew over from Melbourne for drinks afterwards and I got a bit friendly with one guy (drought broken!), mind you he's ten years older than me and lives in Melbourne (3,500km away).

2. It's summer time here in Perth (Western Australia)... this week is forecasted to be over 35 degrees (Celsius, so about 95 degrees F) everyday. HOT! And we don't have air-conditioning at my house.

3. I have a cold. Stupid virus. Cough cough cough, sore throat, can't swallow, headache etc... wtf?! Who gets a cold in summer time?! hehe, apparently the guy from last night has the signs of developing a cold... oops!

4. It's my birthday in 3 weeks!!! I hope someone makes me a birthday cake (I don't want to have to make my own)... hint hint housemates!
